Belle's fiber is a deep black color with a good handle. She has a small gray spot (quarter sized) on her neck to show all her gray heritage. Her first cria, Max, was black with gray down his neck. He had very fine, crimpy fiber. Max was purchased when he was 2 ½ weeks old based on his fiber qualities. Belle is an excellent mother. She is due with a cria from the National award winning herdsire, Captain Black, in Fall 2010
